The Bloomingdale Civic Association (BCA) meets every third Monday at 7pm, unless there is a Monday holiday when meetings are held on the fourth Monday.  Meetings are held in the basement of St. George’s Episcopal Church, 160 U Street NW – on the corner of 2nd and U Street NW.

There is no Bloomingdale Civic Association meeting held in the month of August.
